- International shipping is currently unavailable

- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays
- Once processed, a confirmation email with complete order details is sent to the registered email address
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
- Refusal to accept the shipment at the time of delivery
Action in such cases:
- The shipment will be returned to our warehouse
- Customers may contact support to arrange a re-dispatch
Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Lost Shipments: If an order is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be processed after verification with the courier partner
