Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned with the product
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team
- Items not meeting these criteria may be rejected
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit Request: Email your return request with Order ID and reason to pikstreetcommerce@gmail.com
- Provide Proof: Attach clear photographs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to expedite processing
- Follow Instructions : Once approved, detailed steps will be provided to complete the return
Note: Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be declined at our discretion
Refund Process & Timeline
- Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility
- You will be notified if the refund is approved or denied
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- A confirmation email is sent once the refund is successfully processed
Partial Refunds
